Jia’s paintings often depict dreamlike environments where artificial structures merge with forests, water, and skies. Through layered colors, abstract geometries, and science-fiction-inspired imagery, his works examine themes of ecological imbalance, artificiality, and coexistence between humans and the natural world.

His recent exhibitions, including Fleeting Creator at BONIAN SPACE in Beijing (2024) and Absolute Nothingness at The Bomb Factory Art Foundation in London (2025), highlight his continuing exploration of environmental fragility and humanity’s evolving role as both creator and destroyer within nature.
